Sign it. Own it.
Credit-only document signing for your firm. Your keys, your audit trail, your signed copies — and no subscription tied to seats. You pay for what you send.
Windows installer — macOS later. The web Workspace works everywhere.
Why Solstice
A signing tool that belongs to the firm using it.
Most signing products rent you seats. Solstice sells you documents and leaves the rest yours.
Credit-only
No per-seat fees, no surprise overages. One pack of documents, spent on what you actually send.
White-label
Mounts under your brand: your accents, your type, your logo. Solstice disappears into the workflow.
Owner-controlled
Your keys, your data, your audit log. Bring your own AI key and the assist costs you less.
In the box
An audit trail
Every send, view and signature, stamped and kept.
Signed copies
Stored with their hash, served only if they match.
Passkeys
Your device signs you in; a passphrase is the fallback.
A Windows app
The same Workspace in its own window.
Live status
The page moves the moment a signer opens or signs.
How it works
Four steps, and the first three only happen once.
-
1. Upload a template
A PDF, the roles that sign it, the fields they fill. Reuse it for every send.
-
2. Add documents to your wallet
Buy a pack when you need one. Each document in it costs the same flat price.
-
3. Send it
Name the signers, prefill what you know, review the facts, send. A reminder is free.
-
4. Watch it get signed
Every open, sign and decline lands live in the Workspace. The signed copies land beside it.
Pricing
Fifty cents a document. That is the whole price list.
No seats, no subscription, no minimum. Buy a pack of documents when you need one and spend it as you send.
$0.50per document
- Every signer on the document, however many
- Reminders to anyone who has not signed
- The signed copy and its audit certificate, stored with you
- Live status, the audit trail, the Workspace and the Windows app
- Cancel a draft before it goes out and the document comes back to your wallet.
Security
Built the way a firm that signs things for a living would want.
-
Passkeys first
Sign in with the passkey on your device; a passphrase is the fallback. Changing a key needs a fresh passkey check.
-
Keys you set, never see again
Provider keys are encrypted at rest and write-only: the Workspace shows when a key was set, never the key.
-
Copies that prove themselves
Every signed copy is stored with its SHA-256 and re-hashed on the way out. A changed byte is refused, not served.
-
Nothing from a third party
Fonts, icons and art ship with the app. No CDN, no tracker, no script you did not download from us.
Download
The Workspace, in its own window.
Solstice for Windows is the same app as the web: native save-as for signed PDFs, a taskbar icon, and a nudge when a new version is out.
Windows 11, 64-bit, installs for your user only. Version, size and SHA-256 are on the download page.
